The Alumni Initiative
The Victory Cup Storytelling Breakfast is only the beginning!
All of our finalists become Victory Cup Alumni after the storytelling event - which is the beginning of a long lasting tight knit community of nonprofit leaders. We provide (free) quarterly workshops, host annual conferences as well as schedule many coffee meet-ups during the year to continue to build connections for the leaders of our community’s most vulnerable. With 100+ Alumni organizations under our belt, our communications are sent to the current Executive Director of each organization.
A special thanks to our 2026 Alumni Sponsor
The Youth Initiative
The goal of the Youth Initiative is to engage young people in helping to create and share the stories of nonprofit organizations in central Florida. Teachers and students from local schools follow the journeys of the Victory Cup Finalist organizations to learn more about their mission and the incredible work VCI finalists do in our community.
This year, small groups of students will research one finalist and will report to that nonprofit on the story as they understand it based on their research. Students will also share their aspirational vision for the organization and how they can personally help achieve that vision. Additionally, the students will participate in a school-wide story telling showcase event.
Strategic Storytelling
Workshops for Business Leaders
At Victory Cup, we believe every business leader should be able to clearly articulate their company’s story and understand the stories of the people they work alongside. Built on years of experience training nonprofit executives, our Strategic Story Workshops help for-profit teams strengthen communication, deepen connection, and align around purpose. Through a dynamic, interactive experience, leaders learn to communicate with clarity, influence, and authenticity, creating stronger teams and more meaningful workplace cultures.
